Workmanship Guarantee
Flatpack Assembly & Handyman Guarantee
Our flatpack assembly and handyman services come with a 1-year workmanship guarantee, giving you confidence that your items are properly and securely built or mounted in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. We take care to ensure that every job meets the highest standards for safety and stability.
If any issues arise due to defects in workmanship during the one-year coverage period, we will fix them free of charge. This includes adjustments or corrections related to how the item was assembled or installed by our team.
However, please note that certain exclusions apply. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, customer error, or underlying structural issues with walls, such as dampness, crumbling plaster, or weak surfaces that compromise the installation. In addition, any product defects—such as faulty parts or poor manufacturing—will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, not our workmanship guarantee.
If a customer requests modifications to furniture that deviate from the manufacturer’s guidelines, such alterations will fall outside the scope of our warranty. You will receive an electronic warranty receipt, dated and issued via text or email. We recommend keeping this for your records.
TV Wall Mounting Guarantee
Our TV wall mounting service includes a 1-year workmanship guarantee that protects against mechanical failure under normal usage conditions. This covers your TV, wall bracket, and property from damage directly related to the installation. Should any issues arise within the covered period, affected components will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost.
As part of the installation process, your engineer will perform a thorough safety assessment including checking the wall surface, identifying hidden hazards, evaluating the TV size and weight, and ensuring bracket compatibility. Once complete, the engineer will share any concerns and suggest alternative solutions if needed.
You will receive an electronic warranty receipt dated and sent via text or email. This serves as your proof of guarantee and should be kept for future reference.
Kitchen & Bathroom Installation Guarantee
Our kitchen and bathroom installations come with a 2-year workmanship guarantee. If a problem arises within two years because of how our team fitted or installed something, we will put it right free of charge.
Products and materials are covered by their manufacturers’ own warranties, not by our workmanship guarantee.
